Join us in the big upstairs room for friendly, relaxed hatha yoga or yogalates classes (see description below) suitable for all levels including complete beginners. The focus is on alignment, safety and fun, on giving all your joints and muscles a work-out that can be as gentle or as challenging as you need it to be. Classes taught in English. Suggested MINIMUM donation 5 Euros, please give more if you can! No need to attend regularly if that doesn't suit you, or to book in advance, just come to any session you like. Please arrive by 5.40pm. Occasionally classes are covered by other teachers - if that's the case I won't be 'going' to the facebook event for that day.
