Candlelit Soulful Flow Yoga in 17th Century Palace, São Bento

Come and join me for a very unique experience every Tuesday night – candlelit yoga in a beautiful 17th Century palace in São Bento.

This is a 90-minute class that incorporates a variety of pranayama, meditation techniques and yoga poses to get you out of your head and into your body!

The yoga practice is suitable for all levels – it's a strong steady flow, but the focus is on creating an inward experience, rather than you leaving covered in sweat.

IMPORTANT NOTE! Please arrive 5-10minutes before class. I can't leave the downstairs door unlocked once I go up – so please be on time to avoid being locked out and missing class :-)

Classes are 10 euros for drop-in, or 40 euros for a 5 class pass (so you get one for free).

About the yoga style? I'm trained in Ashtanga and Embodied Flow – two complete opposites! So this means I find alignment & tradition important, but I don't believe yoga should be too regimented – it should be practiced in a way that complements YOUR individual body. No pressure or judgements – just be you!

P.S. Mats & props are provided. Just bring yourself and an open mind ;-)
